Please enter your name, address, phone number and email address. Next, enter the messages you wish to have engraved on each brick. Each brick you order costs $100, $80 of which is tax-deductible. You may order as many bricks as you like. To order more than five bricks, please submit another form.

After you submit your order, you will be shown a confirmation page. Please print this confirmation page and return it to the church office with a check for the amount shown.

When choosing the message for your bricks, keep in mind the following:

Each brick has a limit of three 14-character lines.
Except for a comma, dash, period and ampersand, only alphanumeric characters are allowed. Spaces are also allowed.
Any lowercase letters will be engraved as uppercase letters.
Each line will be centered horizontally on the brick.
The lines will be centered vertically on the brick.
