Transgender Day of Remembrance (TDOR) Vigil

First Parish Church of Groton is hosting a candlelight vigil in honor of Transgender Day of Remembrance (TDOR).  TDOR is an annual observance that honors the memory of the Transgender people whose lives were lost in acts of anti-transgender violence.  We will speak the names of those Transgender people who lost their lives to violence this past year.  As members and allies of the Transgender community, we will listen and sing together, mourn and be inspired.  All are welcome to join us for this gathering in memory of those lost and victimized by anti-trans violence.

The vigil will take place in the Sanctuary.
